To support our expanding global reach, we are looking for goal-oriented and energetic professionals to join our international sales team in our central Bari office.
? Role Overview:
As an Inside Sales Consultant , you will drive international student enrollments by contacting warm and semi-warm leads generated through our targeted marketing campaigns. You will conduct outbound sales calls and consultations, building relationships with prospects and closing deals.
? Language requirement: Daily sales activities are conducted exclusively in English or/and Spanish (Italian language proficiency is not required for client interactions).
? Work Mode: 100% On-site at our city center office in Bari .
⏳ Working Hours / Schedule: While the role is natively structured as Tempo parziale , we are open to evaluating Full-Time options for senior profiles or candidates with a strong sales background.
? Key Responsibilities:
? Reach out to, qualify, and convert warm inbound leads generated by marketing ads via outbound phone calls and video meetings.
? Present IDI's educational offer and guide prospects through the registration process.
? Overcome objections, negotiate, and consistently reach monthly sales targets.
? Maintain accurate lead and sales records in our CRM system.
? What We Are Looking For:
?️ Fluency in English or/and Spanish is strictly mandatory.
? Excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
? Target-driven mindset, high resilience, and positive energy.
? Availability to work on-site in Bari (City Center) .
? Prior sales or telesales experience is a strong plus, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome .
