Job Requirements
At least 7 years of full-cycle HR management experience in Italy, with solid knowledge of local labor laws, CCNL commercial and HR best practices. Experience in manufacturing, engineering, multinational enterprises is highly preferred. Strong cross-cultural communication, problem-solving, coordination and pressure-resistant abilities; proactive and results-oriented.
