We are looking for an HR Fractional Freelance to support Ingenium as we continue to grow, helping us build, structure, and manage our people-related processes.

Y our Role

This is a fracti onal,

fully remote freelance role for an experienced HR professional who can work independently and support Ingenium across recruitment, HR operations, people processes, and team-related activities.

You will work closely with the founders and team, bringing structure to HR activities and helping develop scalable people processes within a fast-growing, international environment.

Resp onsibilities

- Recruiting: Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job descriptions and candidate sourcing to interviews and onboarding
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities and processes
- People Support: Act as a point of reference for team members on HR-related matters
- HR Processes: Structure and improve internal HR processes, policies, and documentation
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities and ensure a smooth experience
- HR Administration:

Manage HR documentation, records, contracts, and other people-related activities
- Team Development: Support initiatives related to employee engagement, development, and company culture
- HR Advisory: Provide practical HR support and guidance to the founders and team
- Communication: Manage communication with employees, candidates, and external stakeholders

Requirements

- Previous experience in HR, People Operations, HR Consulting, or a related role
- Experience independently managing HR and recruiting processes
- Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote, and entrepreneurial environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Previous experience in Fashion, Luxury, Technology, Innovation, startups, or scaleups is a plus
- Freelance / contractor setup
