Overview As Head of Planning & Replenishment, you will define and execute inventory and replenishment strategies to support growth, customer satisfaction, and efficiency. You will lead the Planning & Replenishment team and collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Procurement to secure strong demand and supply chain performance. You'll optimize stock across warehouses, drive S&OP;, and monitor key metrics to guide decisions.

process for demand-supply alignment Monitor forecasting accuracy and supply chain metrics to identify improvement opportunities Coach and develop the Planning & Replenishment team and promote continuous improvement Requisiti fondamentali ~8 to 10+ years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand forecasting, replenishment, or planning roles with leadership experience ~ Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering or related discipline ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with advanced proficiency in ERP/planning systems and Microsoft Excel ~ Fluent Italian and English with excellent written and verbal communication ~ Experience in electromechanical manufacturing or automotive industries is a strong advantage ~ strong analytical thinking ~ leadership and people development ~ cross-functional collaboration ~ effective communication ~ ERP/planning systems ~ Microsoft Excel
