TIENS Group is seeking a Market Support Manager to coordinate distributor engagement, training programs, and local campaigns in Rome and across Italy. You will work with HQ and regional teams to deliver effective market support and events.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or Management, 2–4 years in sales support or operations, and fluency in Italian and English. Experience with events or trainings and strong organizational skills are essential.
