As General Manager, you will define and execute the company's strategy to achieve financial, commercial, and operational goals. You will own the P&L;, monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital, and drive growth across markets. You will lead Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Product, and R&D; to accelerate innovation and execution.
You will build strong relationships with key customers and partners, and foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture. This role offers the chance to shape a well‐established brand with significant growth potential in an international setting.
salary 130,000–150,000

Define and execute the company strategy to meet financial, commercial and operational objectives
Assume full P&L; responsibility and monitor revenue, profitability, cash flow, and working capital
Lead Commercial and Marketing to strengthen brand positioning and expand market presence
Build and manage relationships with key customers, strategic partners, and stakeholders
Identify and pursue growth opportunities through product innovation,
market expansion, and partnerships
Oversee Operations, Product Management and R&D; to drive innovation and execution speed
Foster a high-performance, entrepreneurial culture focused on accountability, results, collaboration, and people development
Proven experience in General Management or Business Unit Leadership within industrial environments
Strong knowledge of home appliances, kitchen furniture, built-in appliances, or related sectors
Accountability for P&L; management and key business performance drivers
Experience in integrated management of Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Operations
Track record in developing new markets, strategic customer relationships, or leading business transformation
Strong entrepreneurial mindset, sound decision-making, and results-oriented approach
