Overview

Are you seeking to launch an exciting international career in the vibrant heart of Portugal? We are currently recruiting customer-minded candidates who speak fluent Italian to join our diverse, multicultural team based in Lisbon. Serving as the main connection point for Italian-speaking customers, you will handle a range of inquiries coming through phone, email, and instant messaging systems.

This position is ideal for flexible problem solvers who excel in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Client Support: Address incoming inquiries from Italian customers via phone calls, emails, and live web chat using a polite, warm, and solution-focused approach.
- Issue Troubleshooting: Investigate customer challenges to determine core issues and deliver quick, personalized solutions tailored to every specific situation.
- Data Entry: Accurately document profile details, customer inquiries, resolution steps, and case notes inside enterprise CRM software.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet target operational goals, including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Average Handle Time (AHT) goals.
- Continuous Learning: Participate actively in ongoing training and coaching sessions to remain fully updated on product modifications, company guidelines, and service workflows.

Qualifications

- Language Skills: Native or advanced C1/C2 capability in Italian (written, spoken, and reading comprehension); operational English skills (minimum B2 level) for team dialogue, software navigation, and training programs.
- Availability:



Complete readiness to work flexible, rotating 24/7 shift rotas.
- Location: Physical presence and full-time availability to work on-site at our Lisbon office location.
- Legal Authorization: Valid EU/EEA citizenship, an EU passport, or legal Portuguese work authorization.
- Soft Skills: Outstanding interpersonal skills, active listening capabilities, composure under high-volume pressure, and a positive, proactive attitude.

Compensation Plans

- Plan A (Local Resident Package)
- Gross Monthly Base: €1,262.33 (paid across 12 months)
- Housing: Self-managed housing
- Best Suited For: Local Lisbon residents or applicants who plan to arrange their accommodation independently

- Plan B (Relocation Package)

- Gross Monthly Base: €1,059.00 (paid across 12 months)
- Housing Included: Private room in a shared company flat with utility bills (water, gas, electricity, high-speed internet) fully covered
- Travel Perks: Complete airfare reimbursement after probation and free airport transfer
- Best Suited For: Candidates relocating from abroad
