In this role you will design, implement and validate real-time embedded software for aerospace platforms, ensuring high performance and secure operation. You'll work in a DevOps/Agile environment, interfacing with hardware-focused teams to deliver scalable features and reliable user experiences. You will handle both low-level firmware and high-level integration, contributing to mission-critical space systems.
This position offers exposure to embedded OSes, hardware interfaces, and cloud-enabled deployment within a global aerospace leader.

Design, implement and test features with scalability, performance, deployment and user experience in mind
Apply coding best practices to produce high-quality, reusable code
Implement and follow security best practices for web applications
Collaborate with other developers to share knowledge and improve the product/solution
Keep up-to-date with technologies and frameworks
Interact with UX team to verify user experience concepts
Follow the agile methodology and create user stories and tasks
Archive source code to repositories and support deployments in testing/integration environments
Master in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field
Experience in DevOps/Agile/Scrum
Experience in real-time embedded environments with hardware interaction
Proficiency in embedded OS software (Linux, VxWorks, FastOS Linux)
Experience in embedded software development (C/C++, VB.NET, ADA, Assembly)
Familiarity with performance tools and measurement instruments
Experience with simulation tools and integration/testing
Experience with embedded system design and interfaces (DDS, ARINC)
Knowledge of data processes, mathematics and statistics
Experience with cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
Experience with automated deployment (Helm/Yaml/Ansible/Docker)
Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence
Good written and spoken English reactivity and resourcefulness customer-focused mindset embedded OS (Linux, VxWorks, FastOS Linux)
