You'll work on electrical systems, automation, power electronics and drives, from concept through start-up. The role combines hands-on design with international project coordination to improve performance and maintainability.

- Design and develop electrical, automation, and control solutions (power electronics, drives)
- Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation
- Support installation, commissioning, and start-up at Prysmian plants worldwide
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliability and efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement through robust engineering solutions
- Degree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
- 5 to 7 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector
- Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage inter-departmental and multicultural relations across countries and plants
- Ability to identify problems and develop collaborative solutions
