As their European operations continue to expand, they are looking for a Contract Specialist to join their team and support major renewable energy projects across Italy and the wider EMEA region.
What you'll be doing:
- Negotiating and managing commercial contracts for renewable energy projects
- Reviewing, drafting, and qualifying a variety of legal and contractual documents
- Identifying and mitigating contractual risks while supporting key business stakeholders
- Collaborating with commercial, project,
and legal teams to ensure successful project delivery
- Assisting with dispute resolution and contractual negotiations with customers and partners
What they're looking for:
- Degree in Law or a relevant business-related discipline
- Experience within the renewable energy, construction, or infrastructure sectors
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and contract law
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent Italian
