About the Role In this role, you will be an important member of our Language Services Team. You will help in multilingual content management for diverse business projects for corporate clients and prestigious brands, gaining hands-on experience in the dynamic field of technology-driven language solutions.
PMs collaborate closely with copywriters, translators, interpreters, clients, and our internal team to ensure each solution is delivered efficiently and with excellent service.
This is a junior-level role ideal for someone organized, proactive, and eager to grow in the language sector.
Please note that proficiency in English at a C1 level or equivalent is essential for this role.
Responsibilities
Project Management
- Receive, manage, track, and deliver multilingual content & localization projects
- Contribute to AI and MT processes and training
- Analyze client requests and requirements, create briefs & allocate workloads
- Meet with teams regularly for training, review, and status updates
- Prioritize and schedule translation assignments, set up workflows, and manage processes
- Manage projects in accordance with strict QA
- Review original copy, translations, and transcreations for quality against brief
- Identify areas of improvement in processes and services
- Identify new business development opportunities
- Bring your skills, motivation, and curiosity to the table
Quality Control
- Review original copy, translations, and transcreations for quality against brief
- Conduct quality control on generative texts to uphold linguistic excellence and accuracy
- Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure outputs align with established standards
Terminology Management · Maintain and align glossaries, term bases, and style guides to support consistent linguistic outputs
AI/MT QA
· Perform quality assurance on AI/MT content to enhance overall translation quality
· Collaborate with the team to implement improvements based on feedback and evaluation
Vendor Management
· Evaluate and select new vendors involved in language-related projects
· Build and maintain positive relationships with external vendors
- · Collaborate with vendors to ensure seamless communication and project coordination
Requirements
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or equivalent) to deal with international clients and colleagues
- Tech-savvy and tech-curious
- University Degree
- Excellent linguistic and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills in English and Italian
- Knowledge of CAT/AI/MT tools and projects
- Ability to multitask, set priorities, and coordinate projects
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Proactive decision-making and problem-solving skills
