You will promote data literacy and a digital culture within the region, shaping how HR data drives decisions. You’ll collaborate with Global HRIS to implement governance, support tool adoption, and tailor analytics to Southern Europe needs.

- Collaborate with Global HRIS to implement data governance policies for the region
- Serve as first point of contact for data inquiries from local HR teams and elevate as needed
- Gather and relay feedback on tool functionality to Global HRIS and communicate updates to Southern Europe teams
- Provide training on Belmond’s tools and develop region-specific report templates
- Drive adoption and optimization of the core HR system within Southern Europe and identify workflow improvements
- 3+ years of experience in HR analytics
- Strong problem-solving in technical/data xysqume contexts
- Advanced Excel and interest in Business Intelligence
- Understanding of data concepts (naming conventions, data types, data quality dimensions)
- Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian
