Role Description The Co-Owner role at Hari Hari Studio is a full-time, on-site position based in Rome. This role involves sharing responsibility for the studio’s strategic direction, client relationships, and overall business growth. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing product development initiatives, contributing to design and digital art projects, and ensuring that studio operations run smoothly.

The Co-Owner will drive marketing and sales activities, manage social media presence, and participate in new business development and partnership opportunities. This role also includes mentoring team members,

coordinating project timelines and budgets, and representing the studio in client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, partners, and team members.
- Proven experience in sales and business development, including client acquisition, negotiation, and account management.
- Background in product development, especially in digital products, with familiarity across strategy, design, and implementation.
- Marketing and social media skills, including brand positioning, content planning, and campaign execution.
- Experience in or strong affinity with design, digital art, or front-end development environments.
- Ability to take shared ownership of business decisions, finances, and long-term studio growth.
- Comfort working on-site in Rome and engaging with local and international clients.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in design, business, marketing, or related fields.
