Overview In this role you will manage purchasing activities to support production and supply continuity. You will work with planning, manufacturing and quality teams to balance demand with inventory, aiming to minimize stockouts and risk. You will handle orders, supplier sourcing, and contract management while building strong internal and external relationships.

You will use Excel and ERP tools to monitor KPIs and support procurement decisions. This is an opportunity to contribute to efficient operations within a structured, cross-functional environment.

Responsabilità

- Process purchase orders and monitor deliveries
- Source and negotiate with suppliers
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels
- Maintain and update supplier/vendor list
- Support department KPIs
- Collaborate with Planning,

Manufacturing, Warehouse, Quality, R&D;, Regulatory
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Troubleshoot procurement issues
- Contract management

Requisiti fondamentali

- Knowledge of Oracle a plus

- 2 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain or Operations
