In addition, the position will involve selected wet-lab activities (e.g. DNA extraction, PCR) and the preparation of technical reports, contributing to an integrated and multidisciplinary research environment. DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES Design, implement, and maintain scalable,
reproducible bioinformatics pipelines for microbial genomics and multi-omics data Perform standard wet-lab activities when required Contribute to assigned projects, including experimental design, data analysis, and report writing Conduct literature reviews and prepare scientific presentations Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation in line with internal standards SKILLS Technical skills: Python, Bash, R, Linux/HPC environments, workflow managers (Snakemake, Nextflow), bioinformatics pipelines, multi-omics data analysis, molecular biology techniques (DNA/RNA extraction, PCR), applied statistics. xkiyazw

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in Biotechnology, Food Technology, Biology, or related disciplines Ph D and/or significant hands-on experience in microbial bioinformatics or related fields
