Develop, optimize, troubleshoot, and execute analytical methods for protein-based products
8 years of relevant lab experience with protein-based products (or 5 years with PhD)
Degree in Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry
Knowledge of analytical techniques and instrumentation (UV, ELSD, MALS, fluorescence detectors; SDS-PAGE; capillary electrophoresis; immunochemical methods (Western blotting, ELISA); xkiyazw enzymatic reactions; UV spectroscopy; mass spectrometry)
Data analysis and statistical evaluation
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
Chromatographic techniques with UV/ELSD/MALS/fluorescence detectors
SDS-PAGE
Capillary electrophoresis
