Overview In this role you design and deliver ServiceNow-based solutions within KPMG's Enterprise Platform team, helping clients digitize and optimize operational processes. You will lead process analysis, solution design, and cross-functional implementation, ensuring quality and timely delivery. You’ll coordinate a consultants team, manage client relationships, and support growth of junior colleagues while contributing to new project opportunities.

Responsabilità
- Lead analysis of business processes and requirements with client stakeholders to set digitisation priorities
- Define ServiceNow solution design, including modules, functional architecture, and implementation roadmap
- Coordinate consultants in configuring modules (ITSM, ITOM, CSM) ensuring alignment with requirements
- Ensure quality of project documentation and share with client
- Plan and oversee SIT/UAT testing and go-live, meeting timelines and quality standards
- Manage client relationships during hypercare and solution evolution; drive deliverables and explore new opportunities
Requisiti fondamentali
- Solid experience on ServiceNow implementation projects with focus on ITSM, ITOM, or CSM
- Experience coordinating teams and managing project workstreams from requirements to release
- Comfortable engaging with senior client stakeholders; manage expectations and progress
- Broad view of service management processes and ability to translate into scalable solutions
- ServiceNow certifications (CIS on one or more modules) are a plus
- Excellent English language skills for international projects
