We are looking for an intern who supports our ESH & Facility department for at least 6 months. With this internship you will get an overview of all the Facility and ESH activities and you will have the possibility to support in the organization of training, risk assessment, maintenance and structural modification works in our headquarters and our stores in Italy providing for their usability and safety.

Tasks and responsibilities

- Support in the coordination of structural renovation works and new store openings from a quality and safety perspective
- Assist in the procurement of furniture and the management to ensure that workplaces are prepared in time

- Support in the collaboration with internal departments and external service provider
- Organize all activities related to safety courses in close collaboration with the Prevention and Protection Service Manager (RSPP)
- Help to manage and control maintenance work in all our locations and organize the collaboration with the various craftsman.
- Help to manage and resolve daily problems and provide support
- Support in the evaluation of risk both for employees and supplier

Profile

- University student or degree in economics or a similar field
- Experience in administrative and organizational activities is considered a plus
- Fluent in Italian, German and English language skills are considered a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Very good organizational and time management skills
- Precise way of working
- Flexible and customer-oriented

Workplace: Bolzano, IT

Allowance: 850€ gross/month
