Overview In this role, you will strengthen financial governance and performance monitoring within an international cosmetics manufacturing setting. You will ensure accurate accounting, reporting, and statutory closing, while driving ERP-driven process improvements and finance transformation. You will partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to boost cost efficiency and manufacturing performance.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting and variance analyses to inform strategic decisions and align with corporate finance standards.

Responsabilità

- Manage monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities
- Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting records and financial reporting
- Support statutory financial statements preparation and external audit processes
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and monitor accounting controls
- Prepare monthly management reporting packages and financial analyses
- Support budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning processes
- Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, identifying key drivers and variances
- Monitor profitability, margins and operational KPIs
- Support industrial controlling activities, including production cost analysis, inventory valuation and manufacturing performance monitoring
- Partner with Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to improve business performance and cost efficiency

- Contribute to ERP enhancement and implementation projects
- Support process optimization, automation and finance transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with headquarters and international stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate finance standards and reporting requirements

Requisiti fondamentali

- Degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounting, Reporting and Controlling roles
- Proven experience in manufacturing companies
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting and statutory closing activities
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and management reporting
- Strong understanding of industrial controlling, standard costing, inventory valuation and manufacturing KPIs
- Experience in ERP implementation, enhancement or finance transformation projects
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and ERP systems
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a matrix and international environment
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach with a business partnering mindset
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
