About this vacancy
The person will join a technical team and contribute to the analysis, design, and development of reliable and scalable software solutions, collaborating with different functions involved in the product lifecycle.
- Analyze technical and functional requirements, contributing to the definition of application solutions.
- Design, develop, and maintain applications and services using C# and the .NET framework.
- Implement and integrate REST APIs and software components, ensuring code quality, security, and performance.
- Manage integration with relational databases and participate in optimization of queries and application workflows.
- Perform debugging activities and contribute to resolving anomalies during development and production phases.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project stakeholders, participating in code review activities and continuous improvement.
What we expect from you
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical disciplines.
- 2-5 years of experience in software development with C# and .NET.
- Good knowledge of object-oriented programming, major design patterns, and SOLID principles.
- Experience in developing REST APIs and using ASP.NET Core.
- Knowledge of relational databases and SQL language; familiarity with Entity Framework is a plus.
- Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and testing and code review practices.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures, Docker, Kubernetes,
and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Analytical skills, quality orientation, and teamwork aptitude.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Willingness to travel and relocate will be considered a plus.
- Strong motivation to embrace TMC’s Employeneurship model.
What you can expect from us
The position includes a permanent employment contract and a base Gross Annual Salary (RAL) of at least €32,000, in compliance with the National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution, and Services.
TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the selection process, after evaluating the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may propose a final RAL exceeding the amount mentioned above.
In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes:
- a component of profit-sharing from the project;
- an individual annual budget for training and professional development amounting to €4,000 net;
- an annual welfare credit.
Further details will be provided during the selection process, in accordance with applicable company policies.
