Your Mission
In this role you will:
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students: engage, build trust, and guide them through the full admissions lifecycle (inquiry → application → enrolment).
- Execute sales-driven recruitment strategies: manage inbound leads, follow up proactively, and close enrolments against recurring targets.
- Provide personalized advice: map a student’s background, aspirations and budget to appropriate RBS programs; articulate value, clarify admissions criteria, fees, scholarship/financing routes.
- Leverage tech: use CRM and digital outreach tools to track interactions, manage your pipeline, and improve conversion efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Native or full professional proficiency in English.
- Proven experience (1-3 yrs or more) in client-facing consultative sales, business development or recruitment role (education or high-value B2C experience preferred).
- High emotional intelligence and strong interpersonal skills: excellent telephone and virtual-meeting capabilities,
persuasive approach, comfortable presenting and closing, empathetic in advising educational decisions.
- Organized and target-oriented: experience managing a pipeline, working to KPIs and conversion metrics.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and MS Suite, and working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Degree-level education required.
- A valid work permit for Italy (or an EU passport) is mandatory.
Contract and Compensation
- Base Salary of €18452.85 gross per year (CCNL ANINSEI – Level III, 13th month) + uncapped commission tied to enrolment conversions (top performers historically achieve significant total compensation)
- Contract Type: 6-month renewable fixed-term (CCNL ANINSEI Level III)
