YOUR ROLE
As Website & eCommerce Intern you will be part of our Marketing Department in Philip Morris Italia, and you will involve different internal stakeholders and external partners (consultants and digital agencies), learning the way of working of a large company to refine your hard and soft skills. You will also participate in multi-layered projects involving CRM, website enhancements, SEO and analytics.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Support the management and continuous improvement in terms of UX/UI of Combustion-Free products in Italy’s digital platforms.
- Contribute to eCommerce management, performance monitoring and reporting.
- Support SEO, CRO and content personalization initiatives.
- Assist in managing product sprints, supporting coordination between business and tech teams.
- Assist in managing the product backlog and tracking requirements, updates, and delivery milestones.
- Support testing activities (UAT), identifying issues, and validating fixes before release.
- Support in managing and prioritizing the Help Desk ticket backlog and liaising with the Customer Service Center team.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- University degree in Service Design, Marketing, Business Administration,
Economics, or a related field.
- Strong interest in digital platforms, eCommerce, and content optimization.
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, contributing to the successful delivery of digital initiatives and product campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in GA4; basic knowledge of Power BI and ContentSquare (or similar tools) will be considered a plus.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Curiosity and a growth mindset towards AI-powered tools, including AI agents and prompting techniques; knowledge of Microsoft Copilot will be considered a plus.
- Previous experience in digital services, eCommerce, or digital product environments will be considered a plus.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
REWARDS & BENEFITS
We offer an Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
