Position
During this internship you will support the execution of the company’s VIC strategy, helping to drive the strategy across stores in EMEA region through strong coordination, accuracy and operational excellence.
The role focuses on supporting the Private Client Relations Team in coordinating client journeys and supporting smooth day to day execution in a fast-paced environment.
Job responsibilities
- Coordinates with stores across EMEA markets to collect and consolidate accurate client related information, ensure a timely sharing of information and update documentation and guidelines with clarity
- Events & Experiences Support: supports the rest of the team in the execution of VIC events and experiences, ensuring a smooth planning, a precise execution, and a timely follow up pre and post event.
- Client Journeys & Logistics: coordinate client logistics and craft personalized itineraries for each client journey
- Prepare monthly and weekly calls with stores and with the top management and update internal documents such as the event calendar
- Support the preparation and maintenance of VIC reports, trackers, client lists and event-related data, ensuring information is accurate and regularly updated.
Profile
- Master's Degree in Management, Economics, Marketing or related fields
- Detail-oriented, punctual, and attentive in handling client-related activities, trackers, and documentation with a strong sense of responsibility
- Interest in supporting event planning, coordinating client logistics, and managing itineraries
- Ability to coordinate effectively with retail stores and stakeholders across international markets
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for preparing reports and updating internal calendars
- Fluent written and spoken English
