Ready for your next adventure? Disney Cruise Line is looking for experienced Servers / Waiters / Waitresses to join its fleet in November or December 2026.
Spend the festive season at sea, working with international guests and a multicultural team while gaining valuable international hospitality experience.
Your Role
As a Server, you will:
- Provide exceptional table service across three themed dining rooms, rotating each evening
- Serve breakfast and lunch in a fast-paced, high-volume buffet environment
- Create memorable experiences for international families, adults, and children
- Work as part of a professional, multicultural team
- Deliver the high level of service Disney is known for
What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of recent, full-time experience in a fast-paced restaurant
- Experience as a Server, Waiter/Waitress, or F&B; Attendant
- Good spoken English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A professional, energetic, guest-focused attitude
- Availability to start in November or December 2026
- Ability to commit to a 6-month contract

Recruitment Process
1. Initial Online interview with International Services
2. A final interview with Disney Cruise Line.
4. Required paperwork (Visa, medical visit, and other paperwork)
5. Join the ship!
The interview process usually takes around 2–3 weeks, followed by approximately 6–10 weeks for onboarding and paperwork.
Estimated timeframe from application to joining the ship: 2–4 months.
