YOUR ROLE
As Brand & Content Intern, you will support the Brand Content team in bringing brand strategies to life across physical and digital touchpoints. You will contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency, quality and timely delivery, while gaining exposure to brand communication, content creation and stakeholder collaboration in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- BRAND COMMUNICATION & CAMPAIGNS. Support execution of the marketing brand communication plan in collaboration with trade marketing and digital & physical channels. Acquire knowledge of the global brand framework and style guides and how to apply them to local executions. Learn local market regulations, the PMI Marketing code, business conduct policies and practices.
- RESULTS MONITORING.
Learn how to track and evaluate progress of the activities toward objectives on an ongoing basis and support the Brand Content Coordinator/Brand & Content Manager in adapting priorities and marketing actions according to results and learnings.
- INTERNAL/EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDER RELATIONSHIP. Maintain effective relationships with internal & external stakeholders, such as creative agencies ensuring alignment on specific business objectives.
SKILLS & CAPABILITIES
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
- Literacy in Office Suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams).
- Entrepreneurship, positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Digital savvy.
- Fluent in English and in Italian.
- Team player, willingness to learn.
- Agility to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
- What’s ‘nice to have’: good communication skills; passionate about trends, branding and digital transformation; customer and problem-solving orientation.
REWARDS & BENEFITS
We offer an Internship of 6 months length, tempo pieno.
For this position, you will receive a monthly allowance of €900.
