Job Description:
L'Automation Software Developer, è responsabile delle principali funzioni di automazione industriale di diversi sistemi integrati come chiller, crac, crah, partecipando a tutte le fasi di studio, sviluppo e test di un progetto; si occupa altresì di adattare e migliorare soluzioni software esistente non solo in termini di performance ma anche di connettività.
What will you do?
- Svolge attività di consulenza sulla progettazione del software tramite la formalizzazione di specifiche tecniche ed esegue anche la progettazione del software stesso.
- Collabora con gli ingegneri di automazione, progettisti elettrici e clienti per comprendere le esigenze dell’impianto o della macchina.
- Scrive programmi per controllori logici programmabili (PLC) usando linguaggi come:
o Ladder Diagram (LD)
o Structured Text (ST)
o Function Block Diagram (FBD)
- Seleziona e configura PLC, moduli I/O, sensori, attuatori, HMI (Human-Machine Interface in codice C e C++), e reti industriali (es. Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP).
- Simula il funzionamento del programma in atmosfera virtuale o su banco di prova per verificare che tutto funzioni correttamente.
- Redige e supporta la documentazione tecnica a supporto del firmware: istruzioni operative e logiche di funzionamento
- Si relaziona con le Aree del Plant in caso di blocchi produttivi;
- Si relaziona con le Aree del Service per massimizzare la soddisfazione del cliente individuando le migliori azioni di contenimento in caso di eventuali malfunzionamenti del software in sito o verificando ed eventualmente implementando nel caso di nuove richieste in sito da parte del
cliente stesso.
What will help you to be successful?
- Laurea in ingegneria elettronica/automazione/informazione
- Esperienza pregressa di 3 anni nel settore cooling oppure automazione industriale sono un plus
- Familiarità con uso di PLC
- Conoscenza linguaggio C e C++
- Conoscenza delle reti industriali e protocolli di comunicazione
- Buone capacità di relazione e comunicazione, capacità di analisi e di sintesi;
- Predisposizione a crescere in una solida realtà internazionale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
