This position combines operational HR responsibilities with organizational development initiatives, contributing to recruitment, training, employee engagement, and the implementation of corporate HR processes. The role works closely with HR Business Partners, managers, and employees, ensuring alignment with corporate guidelines and policies. /p pThe position is based in the bBologna area /b, with the main work location in bSan Giorgio di Piano /b and weekly presence required in bMedicina /b. On-site presence is also required at least once per month at the bArzignano (VI) /b plant.



/p h3bMain Responsibilities /b /h3 pIn this role, you will be involved in a broad range of HR activities, with a particular focus on recruitment, training, and organizational development. /p ul liManage the full recruitment cycle for blue-collar workers and junior white-collar employees, from sourcing and vacancy advertising to interview coordination, while managing relationships with external partners such as staffing agencies. /li liSupport HR Business Partners and the Talent Acquisition team in recruitment processes for senior professionals, middle management, and higher-level positions. /li liSupport onboarding activities, ensuring an effective integration of new hires and contributing to the continuous improvement of the employee onboarding experience. /li liIdentify training needs, contribute to the development of local annual training plans, and coordinate learning activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders, Centers of Excellence, and external providers. /li liManage training operations, including scheduling, logistics, attendance tracking, reporting, and the administration of available training funds (e.g., Fondimpresa and Fondirigenti). /li liAct as a point of contact for employees and managers, providing HR support, gathering needs, and identifying opportunities to improve the employee experience and work environment. /li liSupport employee engagement initiatives by coordinating surveys, analyzing feedback,



and contributing to the definition and implementation of related action plans. /li liContribute to the implementation of corporate HR processes and projects, including performance appraisal cycles, local and global initiatives, and internal training activities. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with universities, training institutions, and external partners, supporting employer branding initiatives and internship/traineeship programs. /li /ul h3bRequirements Qualifications /b /h3 ul liDegree in Psychology, Educational Sciences, Human Resources, or a related field. /li liAt least 3 years of experience in HR roles within structured organizations. /li liExperience in recruitment, training, and core HR processes, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. /li liStrong organizational skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to build positive and collaborative relationships. /li liExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees, managers, and external partners. /li liInterest in people development, employee engagement, and organizational improvement processes. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li liAvailability for occasional international travel, if required. /li /ul h3bCompensation Benefits /b /h3 ul liPermanent Contract /li liAnnual Fixed Salary: €33,800 – €44,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) /li liCollective Labour Agreement (CCNL): Industria Chimica – Chimico Farmaceutica /li liMeal vouchers (Ticket Lunch) /li /ul pIn addition to our competitive compensation and benefits, we offer a challenging and rewarding role with a high level of responsibility, opportunities to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives, and continuous professional development within an international environment. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
