ppJob Description /p pbWork location: /bPiossasco (TO) /p h3Who will you be working with? /h3 pYou will work for Annax, a Wabtec site specialized in Passenger Information Systems for long and short distance trains, trams and subways. You will work at our site in Piossasco (TO) and support our projects in close cooperation with System Engineers and Developers. /p h3How will you make a difference? /h3 pAs a bSystem Integrator Test Engineer /byou will drive the integration of complex individual systems, write and execute tests for errors and weaknesses and systematically document the analyses. /p h3What will your typical day look like? /h3 ul liIntegration of individual components into perfectly functioning overall solutions. /li liPreparing test system, in coordination with the software developers, for comprehensive release tests. /li liDevelopment of test concepts/specifications, test automation, planning of test facilities and execution of extensive system tests of our software. /li liError analysis, diagnostics, and commissioning with the customer, remote and on site /li liCustomer training for maintenance and commissioning /li /ul h3What do we want to know about you? /h3 ul liDegree in electrical, electronic or computer engineering. /li li+5 years experience with distributed embedded systems with IP communication. /li liExperience in implementing software tests on embedded systems and experience in test automation. /li liExperience in planning and executing complex test tasks. /li liProficiency with Linux and networking (DHCP, DNS, VLAN, routing) /li liKnowledge in the areas of virtualization (Docker/Vagrant/VirtualBox), scripting (Python, Shell), IT security, cryptography and troubleshooting are advantageous. /li liProfessional proficiency of English, Italian and German languages.
