/liliEnsure that scientific questions for research objectives are defined clearly and that data collection, statistical methods and analyses are optimally designed to provide statistical evidence to answer those questions. /liliShares examples of statistical contributions at internal technical discussions/forums. /liliEstablish/implement solution for standardization within the team and at business partner level. /liliProvide insight on the risk associate to decision. /liliApplies standard processes to tasks, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, high quality and met according to agreed timelines. /liliPerforms required archiving activities and understands the implications of accurate and timely documentation. /li /ulh3Why You? /h3h3Basic Qualifications Skills /h3pWe are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: /pulliMaster's degree in Statistics, Mathematics or equivalent and/or a combination of education and experience. /liliMaintains awareness of current statistical literature and research new techniques. /liliDemonstrates strong statistical expertise with a good understanding of design of experiments and inference methodologies. /liliSupports design, analysis and interpretation, uses a wide range of statistical approaches and/or applicable software to explore options (e.g. simulation, Bayesian methods). /liliKnowledge of statistical software (e.g., R) and able to program and run routine,
