Production Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Production Planner to join our manufacturing site in Gambassi. Reporting within the Supply Chain Manager of the site, the Production Planner plays a critical role in ensuring efficient production scheduling, optimal utilization of manufacturing resources, and on-time delivery of customer orders. This position requires close collaboration with Production, Customer Service, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to maintain a reliable and responsive production planning process.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and optimize production plans to ensure efficient utilization of manufacturing capacity and timely order fulfillment.Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules in alignment with operational and customer requirements.Continuously review and adjust production plans based on material availability, machine capacity, workforce availability, and changing business priorities.Ensure production schedules are accurately communicated and executed across all relevant functions.Operational CoordinationCollaborate closely with Production Managers, Customer Service, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment between production requirements and business objectives.Act as the primary interface between planning and production to facilitate effective communication and issue resolution.Respond proactively to operational disruptions, including delayed raw material deliveries, equipment breakdowns, capacity constraints, and urgent customer requests.Performance Monitoring & Continuous ImprovementMonitor production performance and adherence to established schedules.Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), including On-Time In-Full (OTIF)
delivery and Capacity Utilization.Identify planning bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service levels.Support continuous improvement initiatives as the manufacturing site evolves and business requirements change.Qualifications and SkillsRequired QualificationsPrevious experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or a comparable ERP system.Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, hands-on, and collaborative approach to work.Solid understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, procurement, and business processes.Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional manufacturing environment.Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and responsibility.Ability to perform effectively under pressure and manage urgent or unexpected situations.Preferred QualificationsHands-on and results-oriented mindset.Experience within the packaging, printing, or manufacturing industry.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.Customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to supporting operational excellence.Results-oriented approach with a continuous improvement mindset.What to expectClose collaboration with Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, and other key stakeholders.A dynamic manufacturing environment characterized by evolving priorities and operational challenges.Opportunities to contribute to business performance through practical problem-solving and process optimization.Exposure to end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes, providing valuable professional development opportunities.Location: Gambassi - on-siteRAL: 40.000 - 50.000 €#J-18808-Ljbffr
