ppFor our client, a leading international logistics real estate investor, developer and asset manager, with a consolidated and rapidly growing presence in Italy, we are currently looking for an: /ph3ASSET MANAGER /h3pThe candidate will join the Italian Asset Management team and, reporting directly to the Head of Asset Management, will be responsible for maximizing the value, performance and long-term profitability of a portfolio of logistics assets across Italy. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliFull responsibility for the execution of asset business plans , driving value creation, occupancy optimization and income growth across the portfolio; /liliPreparation and monitoring of budgets, forecasts, business plans and asset performance analyses; /liliDefinition and implementation of leasing strategies , managing key tenant relationships and supporting lease negotiations and renewals; /liliOversight of CAPEX programmes, refurbishment projects and technical initiatives , ensuring alignment with asset strategy, budgets and timelines; /liliCoordination of internal and external stakeholders while supporting acquisitions, disposals, ESG initiatives and senior management reporting . /li /ulh3Your Profile /h3ulli5+ years of experience in Asset Management, Investment Management or similar roles within logistics,
