Praxi is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive strategy and operations at a highly automated automotive plant in Umbria, Italy. You will partner with the Plant Director to align people plans with business goals, lead workforce design and change initiatives, and oversee industrial relations and bargaining with unions.

You will manage talent development, safety governance, and a culture of accountability in a demanding production environment, ensuring continuity and responsible social outcomes.
