Sungrow Europe in Milan is seeking a Legal and Contracts professional to negotiate and oversee commercial contracts for PV/ESS projects across Italy and the broader EMEA region. You will draft, review, and qualify GT&Cs; and NDAs while identifying risks and obtaining approvals.

The role requires strong law background, 3–5 years in related industries, and fluency in Italian/English with a proactive, client-facing approach.
