This opportunity is here with us. /p pWe are looking for an experienced Compensation, Benefits People Cost Expert to define, manage and continuously improve our Compensation Benefits strategy, policies and processes, ensuring internal equity, external competitiveness, legal compliance and alignment with the Company’s business strategy and Carlsberg Group guidelines. /p pbWhat you will do /b /p pIn this role, you will help shape and manage our reward approach while supporting People Cost planning and analytics, working closely with PC, Finance/Controlling and business leaders. /p pYou will mainly focus on: /p ul lisupporting the definition and implementation of fair, competitive and sustainable Compensation Benefits policies and processes, in line with business needs and Carlsberg Group guidelines; /li licoordinating key reward processes such as salary review, bonus and incentive schemes, benefits management, job evaluation and market benchmarking; /li limanaging People Cost planning, forecasting and reporting, including HC/FTE, salaries, incentives, benefits and employee-related costs; /li lianalysing people, market and cost data to provide clear insights, scenarios and recommendations that support business and people decisions; /li liensuring accurate data, reporting and process execution in cooperation with Payroll/Admin,
Finance/Controlling and relevant Group stakeholders; /li licontributing to the continuous improvement of reward, benefits and workforce analytics processes, with a focus on transparency, efficiency and employee experience. /li /ul pbWhat we are looking for /b /p pWe would like to meet someone with: /p ul lisolid experience in Compensation Benefits, reward processes and People Cost planning, preferably in a structured or international environment; /li listrong analytical skills and confidence in working with numbers, data, budgets, forecasts and reporting tools; /li ligood understanding of compensation policies, benefits, bonus and incentive schemes, salary review and job evaluation processes; /li liadvanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to turn complex information into clear insights and recommendations; /li liaccuracy, reliability, confidentiality and attention to detail, together with the ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities; /li listrong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics in a simple and business-oriented way; /li lifluency in English. /li /ul pThe following will be considered a plus: /p ul liprevious experience with Mercer/Hay job evaluation methodology,
