You will supervise Confectioners and Assistant Pastry Chefs, ensure quality, consistency, and presentation for all meals and events.
You will coordinate menu planning, recipe development, and health and safety standards, while training and mentoring the pastry team under the Executive Chef and Pastry Chef.
