Purpose and main priorities of the role: We are looking for a high-potential, hands-on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data (P Drive budgeting and forecasting processes ; Perform deep-dive analysis on margins, costs,
and operational KPIs ; Monitor and improve inventory and working capital ; Support cash flow analysis and tracking ; Work closely with plants and operations to ensure alignment between financials and industrial performance ; Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes, and reporting quality .
The attitude and the skills we are looking for : 4–6 years of experience in controlling, FP Experience in a fast-paced or private equity environment is a strong plus; Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail ; Hands-on attitude : comfortable working on both transactional and analytical tasks; Proactive and motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset ; Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus); Fluent in English and German (Italian is a plus); Availability to travel frequently between HQ (Milan) and production sites in Germany.
