You will ensure the correct application and performance of RHI Magnesita's products and solutions in accordance with company standards and technical specifications. Acting as a central technical interface, you will collaborate closely with site operators, installation teams, sales colleagues, production specialists, equipment experts, and external partners. You will also support product trials, refractory lining engineering activities, and the development of innovative solutions for our customers. This position requires frequent travel within Italy and occasional international travel. /p h3Your tasks /h3 ul liSupervising the installation of refractory products and solutions at customer sites /li liMonitoring the performance and application of RHI Magnesita products and services /li liManaging inventory and supporting materials planning on site /li liAssisting with troubleshooting, maintenance, and operational support for RHI Magnesita-supplied equipment /li liInvestigating product and process issues through reports, photographs, samples, and technical documentation /li liSupporting Marketing activities by engineering refractory lining solutions and coordinating product trials /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Metallurgy, or a related technical field /li liSeveral years of professional experience within international or global industrial organizations /li liStrong technical background and high affinity for engineering and industrial processes /li liIdeally,
