ph3NOC Manager /h3 pWe are looking for a NOC Manager to build and lead our Network Operations Center function, ensuring stable, secure, and efficient IT operations. You will play a key role in transitioning services from third-party providers to an internal team and building a high-performing NOC organisation. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ul liBuild and develop the NOC function together with the Head of Compute and Network team, including hiring and onboarding NOC Engineers. /li liLead daily NOC operations, ensuring service availability and performance against SLAs and KPIs. /li liManage incidents, alerts, and events, acting as the escalation point for major incidents. /li liLead, coach, and develop NOC Engineers, including performance management and resource planning. /li liManage team rotas, on‑call arrangements, and operational reporting. /li liEnsure compliance with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management). /li liDrive root cause analysis, continuous improvement, automation, and AI opportunities to improve NOC efficiency. /li liCollaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to manage risks and improve service reliability. /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ul liSignificant experience in a Network Operations Centre or IT Operations environment.
