/liliSelect the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency. /liliDevelop and implement purchasing strategies as well as manage inventory needs. /liliCoordinate and partner with internal teams regarding their supply and equipment needs. /liliManage supplier relations and negotiate contracts, prices, timelines, etc. /liliMaintain the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation. /liliReport and review menu matrix and FB cogs with Executive Team. /liliPrepare cost estimates and manage budgets. /liliPrepare and process purchase orders. /liliSchedule and verify purchase deliveries. /li /ulpThe annual gross salary (RAL) offered for this position ranges from €40,000 to €45,000, depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and overall profile. /ph3Qualifications /h3ulliMinimum of 2 years in a similar role within the hospitality industry. /liliExcellent communication, negotiation, organizational and documentation skills. /liliAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards. /liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly changing. /liliProficiency in computers and information technology. /liliFluent in English, both spoken and written.
