You will diagnose complex vehicle faults, guide dealers through difficult repairs, and work closely with Lotus Head Office to improve first-time fix rates.
This hands-on role requires fluent Italian and English, strong diagnostic skills across electrical, electronic and mechanical systems, and the ability to train dealer technicians in diagnostic methods.
