STAR, a leading player in the Italian food scene, seeks a strategic leader to define and execute Commercial Excellence end-to-end from Category to Channels to RGM. You will mentor the team, drive data-driven growth, and partner with Trade to shape plans and negotiations.

Reporting to the General Manager and joining the Italian Leadership Team, you will elevate capabilities, ensure financial discipline, and contribute to S&OP; and business planning. Hybrid Milan role with a competitive package.
