Cheil Italia is looking for a Finance Operations to join its Finance team. The Finance Specialist will play a key role in the day-to-day management of billing, payments and accounts receivable activities, working closely with internal departments and clients to ensure accurate, timely and efficient financial processes. The position reports directly to the Finance Senior Manager.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the preparation and issuance of invoices, ensuring that all billing information is complete, accurate and aligned with contractual and client requirements.

• Process and record financial transactions, ensuring accuracy, completeness and compliance with internal procedures.

• Manage and maintain records relating to payments, account balances and customer account status.

• Work directly with clients to ensure the timely and accurate management of the billing process, including specific billing requirements, documentation, queries and the resolution of discrepancies.

• Monitor outstanding receivables, contribute to credit exposure control and support collection activities.

• Support other administrative activities, including data entry, posting of AP management and payments to vendor.

• Prepare regular reports, account statements and financial analyses to support internal activities and management reporting.

• Collaborate with the Finance team and other departments to identify opportunities for improvement and continuously enhance the efficiency and accuracy of billing and payment processes.

Profile & Skills

• Good IT skills and confidence in using digital tools and financial/ERP systems (main: excel and SAP).

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a good command of English.

• A professional and collaborative approach, with the ability to interact effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients.

• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify and address issues independently.

• A positive attitude, strong team spirit and a genuine motivation to contribute to the success of the Finance team.
