The company is mindful of the fact that quality products must be accompanied by excellent service in order to satisfy demanding consumers. /ppLearn more about Triumph on: /p pOur Brand and Marketing Department for our office in Milan is looking for a /ppbStudio Manager / Traffic Manager (f/m/d) (100%) /b /ppThis position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Milan. /ph3Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliManage all incoming creative requests, logging, prioritising, and assigning work across the team with a clear view of capacity and deadlines /liliMaintain a real-time overview of all active briefs and workstreams, ensuring nothing is lost, delayed, or misdirected /liliMaintain the studio schedule, balancing short-turnaround requests against longer production cycles without dropping either /liliAnticipate capacity pinch points and flag them early so the team can plan rather than react /liliCoordinate with the Creative Director and Brand Leads to align on priorities when demand exceeds capacity, ensuring decisions are made with full visibility of the workload rather than in isolation /liliTrack work in progress across the full team, flagging bottlenecks and resolving them before they become delays. Keep stakeholders informed of status, changes, and dependencies throughout /liliManage the day-to-day operations of the studio, including tools, software subscriptions, asset libraries, file organisation, and ways of working /liliOwn and continuously improve the processes that allow the team to produce efficiently and consistently /liliSource and coordinate ad hoc creative support as needed, including freelancers and external talent, managing briefing, availability,
and delivery in line with project requirements /liliWill support Creative or brand teams in ad hoc projects such as AI image development or organization of small productions /li /ulh3Your ideal profile: /h3ulli3 to 5+ years of experience in studio management, traffic management, or creative operations role, agency side or in-house /liliProven track record managing complex, multi-workstream creative schedules in a fast-paced environment /liliStrong understanding of how campaigns and content are produced, and how creative teams operate /liliProficient in project management tools /liliExperience sourcing and coordinating freelance creative talent.
