Customer Support Representative

We’re looking for a Customer Support Representative to join our growing team and help us deliver a fast, reliable, and high-quality experience to our customers.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers across our Casino, Sports, and eSports products. You’ll handle inquiries through chat and email, help resolve account and payment-related questions, troubleshoot issues, and make sure customers receive clear and accurate support.
We’re looking for someone who is customer-focused, confident using technology, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Previous iGaming experience is welcome, but it’s not essential, what matters most is your communication, problem-solving ability, and willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Provide professional and efficient customer support via live chat and email.
- Handle a wide range of customer inquiries, including deposits and withdrawals, payment methods, promotions, betting settlements, account questions, and company policies.
- Investigate customer issues, identify appropriate solutions, and ensure concerns are resolved efficiently.
- Assist customers with technical and account-related issues, providing clear step-by-step guidance where needed.
- Develop a strong understanding of our Casino, Sports, and eSports products, as well as our internal processes and policies.
- Maintain a high standard of communication and ensure customers receive accurate, clear, and helpful information.
- Identify when an issue requires escalation and ensure it is passed to the appropriate team with all relevant information.
- Work closely with colleagues across different teams to resolve customer issues and provide a consistent customer experience.
- Stay up to date with product updates, promotions, procedures, and other changes that may affect customers.
- Work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and make sound decisions when handling customer requests.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- A customer-first mindset and a genuine interest in helping people.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working with different software, systems, and online tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new products, processes, and technologies.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging or complex customer situations.
- Comfortable working independently while also being a strong team player.
- Interest in iGaming, sports, eSports, or online gaming.
- Cryptocurrency knowledge or previous experience is a plus.
- Previous iGaming experience is a plus, but not required.
- Additional fluency in Turkish, French, Spanish, or Japanese is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts as part of a 24/7 support operation.
