long-term partnership.Oversee AMS activities and Service Management: ensuring full alignment with defined SLA targets, governing the scope of support services, and coordinating the resolution of critical incidents and emergency escalations to maintain system stability and business continuity.Foster technical and process innovation: identifying and proposing solutions aligned with the latest trends in Data Engineering and Analytics to enhance overall delivery efficiency.ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTSEducational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related data-centric disciplines. (Minimum grade: 100/110).Experience: At least 1.5 years of proven experience in Project Management, IT Governance, Technical Team Leading, or similar roles within complex technology environments.Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution.Methodological Proficiency: Solid understanding of project management frameworks, including Waterfall, Agile, and hybrid delivery models.Operational Tooling: Proficiency in project management and collaboration platforms (e.G., Jira, Microsoft Planner, ServiceNow, Confluence).Analytical Mindset: Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to risk and issue management.Tech-Driven Curiosity: Genuine interest in deepening technical knowledge and understanding complex IT ecosystems.NICE TO HAVEDomain Expertise: Proven experience in Data Engineering, Data Analytics, or Software Delivery projects. Exposure to the Banking & Finance sector is considered a significant plus.Certifications: Professional Project Management certifications (e.G., PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, PSM).Technical Familiarity: Basic knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
and fundamental data processing/architecture concepts (e.G., ETL, Cloud storage, SQL).WHAT WE OFFERAn offer tailored to your experience. The compensation package will be determined based on your professional background, technical skills, expertise, and the level of responsibility associated with the role. The collective labour agreement (CCNL) mainly applied within Reply is the Italian Metalworking Industry Agreement (Metalmeccanico).
