Bursting with culture (and as the birthplace of gelato), Florence felt like the perfect spot to become our second home in Italy. /p pThe Hoxton in Florence will feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way. /li liDeal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises. /li liWork with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels. /li liAnswer phones,



sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to. /li liAssist the Night Manager with end of day procedures. /li liAlways maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges. /li liEnsure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep. /li /ul h3Qualifiche /h3 pbWhat we’re looking for… /b /p ul liIndividuals. You’re looking for a place where you can be you; no clones in suits here. /li liPassion for hospitality – whether that’s a drink, a meal, an event or a bed for the night. /li liYou’re all about having a positive impact on the people you interact with, leaving them with a memorable experience. /li liYou’re not precious.
