In this role you will drive the design, development, and delivery of multi-project consulting work for pharma, biotech and investment clients. You will engage with clients, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional IQVIA teams to leverage data-driven insights. You will lead reporting, workshops, and quantitative analyses, while mentoring junior staff and coordinating multiple workstreams. This role offers visibility across strategic initiatives and a path to leadership in healthcare consulting.

Responsabilità
Design, develop and deliver consulting projects or components of large projects
Engage with clients and present client-specific solutions, collaborating with IQVIA teams
Create reports, presentations, and other client deliverables
Conduct desk research using internal and external sources

Perform quantitative analyses to support recommendations
Prepare, execute and follow up on client meetings and workshops
Supervise junior team members and provide guidance
Support proposal development and sources gathering
Oversee project planning and multi-workstream execution to meet timelines and quality standards
Build and maintain strong client and internal stakeholder relationships
Requisiti fondamentali
MSc degree in Economics/Management or Engineering
5+ years of consulting experience with a top firm
Pharma/Healthcare project exposure is a plus
Proficiency in Italian and English (written and xrdztoy spoken)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills with PowerPoint and Excel for data manipulation
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to lead a team and manage projects
Excellent execution skills and deadline discipline
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines
Keen to learn and commit to rapid development
