The Candidate will be part of the Group Controlling team, based in Vicenza, and will report directly to the Senior Industrial Controller.
Roles & responsibilities:
- Plant Controlling Support
- Support the monitoring and analysis of manufacturing performance across the Group’s plants;
- Analyze direct labor, indirect labor and manufacturing overhead costs, identifying variances and areas for improvement;
- Monitor operational KPIs, including efficiency, capacity utilization and manufacturing costs.
- Costing and product cost analysis
- Define, maintain and monitor standard costs for finished goods and raw materials;
- Analyze variances between standard and actual costs;
- Support the costing of new products and new collections.
- Logistics Cost Controlling
- Monitor and analyze inbound, outbound and warehousing costs across the Group;
- Support the evaluation of logistics performance through the analysis of operational and financial KPIs, including transportation, warehouse and handling costs, trucks/containers utilization.
- Closings and reporting
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities;
- Prepare budgets,
forecasts and business cases relating to areas of responsibility;
- Ensure the quality and reliability of data in the ERP and Business Intelligence systems.
Requirements:
- Degree in Economics
- Min 3⁄5 years of experience, preferably in the textile and clothing business
- Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving attitude
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Hands-on attitude and strong team player skills
- Enthusiasm and initiative
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis and financial modelling. MS Dynamics AX is a plus
- Fluency in English.
SALARY RANGE
5th–6th level under the Italian National Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL) for the Textile, Clothing, Fashion Industry.
Gross Annual Salary Range: € 32.000–€ 37.000.
The final salary package will be determined based on the candidate’s professional experience and the alignment of their skills and competencies with the responsibilities and requirements of the role.
