JICT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - L. ***** RESERVED FOR PROTECTED CATEGORIES (L. *****) Collegno (TO) - Hybrid (possibility of smart working after the training period) Job Definition We are looking for a ICT Support Specialist to be included in our technical team.
The resource will support daily IT maintenance and support activities, with a focus on learning and developing systems skills.
Main Activities Provide first-level technical support to internal team and users
Assist in basic management and maintenance of server and client environments.
Support the installation and configuration of software and hardware.
Document technical activities and procedures.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS Membership Protected Categories (Law *****).
High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree (preferably in a computer science or technical field ).
Basic or theoretical/practical knowledge of Linux operating systemsGood knowledge of the Office package.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving aptitude.
Strong passion for IT.
Knowledge of the English language (minimum level A2).

Knowledge of scripting languages is an advantage to Bash and Python.
