Further information is available on the Company’s website /p h3PRIMARY FUNCTION /h3 pWe are looking for an Energy Buyer to join our Global Indirect Procurement team. /p pThe successful candidate will support the definition and execution of the company's energy procurement strategy across multiple manufacturing sites, ensuring cost competitiveness, supply security, sustainability targets, and risk management. /p pThis position offers a unique opportunity to work in an international and multi-plant environment, collaborating with Procurement, Manufacturing, Finance, Sustainability, and Energy Management teams. /p h3Key Responsibilities include: /h3 ul liDevelop and execute sourcing strategies for electricity, natural gas, fuels, and energy-related services across multiple production sites /li liSupport energy procurement activities, including supplier selection, contract negotiation, and contract management /li liMonitor energy markets,
regulatory developments, and industry trends to identify risks and opportunities /li liEvaluate and implement purchasing strategies aimed at mitigating energy price volatility and improving cost predictability /li liManage supplier relationships and conduct periodic business reviews /li liSupport budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities related to energy costs /li liContribute to sustainability initiatives, renewable energy sourcing, and decarbonization projects /li liWork closely with Finance and Risk Management functions to assess procurement options and hedging opportunities where applicable /li liEnsure compliance with corporate policies and applicable energy regulations /li /ul h3EDUCATION SKILLS /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Energy Management, or related fields /li liMinimum 3 years of professional experience in one or more of the following roles: Buyer or Energy Specialist /li liExperience in a multi-site or multi-plant industrial environment /li liStrong analytical and negotiation skills /li liGood understanding of energy markets and procurement processes /li liProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis /li liFluent English, both written and spoken /li liFamiliarity with energy contracts, renewable energy sourcing, and sustainability programs. /li liKnowledge of electricity and natural gas markets /li liExperience working in international organizations /li liSAP or equivalent ERP knowledge /li /ul h3SALARY INFORMATION: /h3 ul liApplied Contract: CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group /li liGrade: 1° Gruppo Competente /li liSalary range: Euro 49.300 – 58.000 /li liVariable payment as per CCSL Contratto Collettivo Specifico di Lavoro Iveco Group /li /ul h3LOCATION /h3 pTurin, Italy /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
